Since these babies have been out for a good while, this is more of a swatch than review post!
Actually that is a lie…I love to babble, so here are my thoughts!!!
Ok, I originally bought Soft Spoken last fall and fell in love! It was a bit on the brown side compared to my normal lipstick shade selection and really helped push me into the nude trend! After that I went ahead and loaded up on NYX holiday bundles and then early this summer NYX was kind and gifted me a bunch of their lip products!
These are a cream formula and though they will dry down, there is transfer with them. So if you are going to be eating or unable to do touch-ups throughout day, would advise wearing a lip liner. Not every shade will require one, but do recommend for the bolder lip options!
My lips are really dry and found these to be comfortable, but highly suggest prepping your lips with a lip balm and scrub regardless of the type of lip products being used. I firmly believe that daily lip care is just as important as daily skin care…treat every part of yourself!!!!
Back to NYX….these are fun, lovely little lip products and I hope the swatches help!!
