Sugar, Keep It Simple

ColourPop Concealer Review

I have been using this concealer for a couple months…actually bought this launch day!

So without any more delay, here is my little review!!

No Filter Concealer ($6): I bought the shades Fair 05 and Light Neutral 15 just to have some color options. Plus, I wanted to see if these would work well as a pseudo foundation like so many of the YouTube gurus were doing. The two major cons were they do crease around my eyes and broke down around my oily nose. If I prep my eye area with a hydrating cream and re-powder my nose later in the day everything looks fine by the evening.

I used 05 to brighten my under eyes, bridge of the nose, forehead, and upper lip. Then apply 15 to the areas of my face that need a bit of evening out and blend everything together with a damp beauty sponge.

The applicator is paddle shaped but very bendable, so it allows the product to glide on the face beautifully! It is my favorite applicator of any makeup product in my collection!!  I feel that these are beautiful concealers, especially at the $6 price range! They work well at covering the slight redness around my nose and from breakouts, discoloration from acne scars, and the minor dark circles…these art miracle workers!!!

Yep, I like these and totally recommend if you have the “normal” issues that need concealing. Overall this is a great medium coverage product!!

Fair is the top swatch and Light Neutral is the bottom. You can tell that Fair has a yellow undertone while Light Neutral is more on the peachy side.

I hope this helps you make a wise purchase and that’s really what I strive for with these reviews! So if you found this useful please follow my Blog and Instagram, also hit those share buttons!!
